Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Answered queries immediately and provided recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Hotel clean and bedrooms well equipped. We had to check out before breakfast but were kindly given a breakfast to go. Would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel next to the university and enough restaurants in the area, so for me it was OK to stay here as I had a full programme, so for me it was better to stay here than in the city centre.
