Right outside the hotel is a park, which seemed to be filled with a lot of homeless people. I realize the hotel has no say in this, but it was a little scarry in the evening. Once you got a block away, the city's waterfront is beautiful. You were so close to the train station, so with luggage, it was greatly appreciated. Directions were wonderful.
