The staff at reception were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Free spacious parking was a real bonus. Aircon was nice and cool. Bed was comfy. Walking distance to a beautiful pizzeria. The breakfast was the best we’ve had from a hotel on our whole trip. Would 100% recommend.

Arriving ten minutes before kitchen closed, the staff were happy to make food and offered to bring to our room so we could settle in .

Spectacular! We went late in the afternoon.
Spectacular! We went late in the afternoon. Our tickets were at 5:30PM. We basically had the place to ourselves. This made the visit ever more special and great pictures with no one in the background! Easy bus gets you there from downtown Tivoli.

The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and we loved sitting on the patio looking out over the beautiful garden. It has secure parking and is perfectly located right next to Hadrian’s Villa. Martina and her mother were very welcoming and kind, and super-responsive.
The property was lovely, and felt like you stepped into the past, whilst still having modern amenities (stove/fridge/dishwasher). Great location both for local culture, such as food and markets, and for sightseeing (Villa D’Este, Hadrian’s Villa etc.). The house is suitable both for individuals and groups, and feels very safe. The walk to the house is also quite lovely.
B&B is well located in Tivoli, not far from the train station but is in a quiet side street away from hustle and bustle. Room was spacious with a small balcony. Room decor was stylish and relaxed. Bed was very comfortable.
The staff (Simone) was very helpful and friendly. He gave recommendations for restaurants, organised a taxi to Hadrian’s Villa etc. He made me fell welcome.
