Was even better than expected. Rooms were large clean and bathrooms and showers were much larger than you find in A typical italian hotel. The staff is amazing lime the other reviewers said. Like being at home with your family. Book the taxi only thrpugh hotel to avoid being ripped.

Take a tour so you learn the history and see some of the unique building designs that are easy to overlook. Especially have the zodiac floor mosaic explained. The building itself is fascinating. It’s also a great central landmark if you get “lost” in the maze of streets in Napoli.

We had the best stay at a very spacious room inside galleria Umberto I. We will never forget the view of Galleria's interior area from our windows! The owners are very kind and did their best to please us and make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect with some of the best trattorias around as well as the famous Gran Caffe Gambrinus. Two metro stations and Augusteo funicolare very close.
Great location, lovely view, pleasant room, generous selection of drinks, snacks and fruits. Convenient included breakfast location in the impressive Galleria Umberto. Informative handbook provided by welcoming hosts.

It was spotless!! That’s the most important thing to me & it was! Also, the A/C & water pressure were great. Naples is very hot in the summer, so these were very welcome. Very tastefully renovated & looked brand new. The hosts were very helpful & responsive. They sent me all sorts of info about the area. I had no issues at all! It’s walking distance to the Toledo Metro, close to everything in the heart of Naples, including the Port & Galleria Umberto. I’d definitely stay there again!
