Location is perfect. Walking distance from everything. Staff were excellent. Nice cocktail bar next door. Breakfast was wholesome, nice cappuccinos too. Thick soft towels, working AC was a plus. A memorable stay. Parking was easy a mere 5 minutes walk away. Appreciated the kettle in room for coffee and fridge to cool waters and soft drinks. All needs perfectly met.

We had a nice stay. The apartment is in a great historic location and close to local amenities.
You can find lots of monuments , restaurants and shops to visit. The Como lago train station is close and can be reached within walking distance.
Rooms were clean and the apartment provided all useful facilities that we needed (Iron ,washing machine, clean towels etc).
The host was easy to get in touch with whenever there were any queries.
A beautiful cosy apartment right across the road from Como Lago train station. A lovely host that met us earlier than check in time as we had arrived. So close to Lake and ferry. We walked everywhere and so many great places for food and drinks.
Apartment had everything you needed, full kitchen, dish washer and washing machine.
Very clean and modern with lovely towels.
Even left us coffee pods and some snacks. Supermarket was 2 mins walk in 2 different directions.

Location is fabulous at Barchetta! Right by the Lake, 2 minutes to the ferry station and 5 minutes from Como Lago train station. It is also about 8 minutes from the Funicolare which takes you up the hill to Brunate. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and service everywhere at the Hotel was warm, very helpful and immediate. The room was cosy and comfortable. Overall this was great value; I would go back to stay again.
Great walkable location, close proximity to the ferries, funiculare, Como Lago train station. Excellent communication - flexible for early check-in, met us at the apartment and explained everything, immediate response when we had trouble with the wifi, appreciated the recommendation for Riva Cafe!! The bed was made up as 2 twins since I was traveling with my daughter which we also appreciated.
Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The suite was big, modern looking and clean. The hotel was very close (walking distance) from key spots in como such as the como lago train station, the ferry station and city center.
