So modern and clean! Everything was spick and span! Fantastic location, right at the junction overlooking the lake Como. Next to Como lago train station and the bust stop is just opposite. So many restaurants around. Across the main promenade too!

Pier is a fantastic host, checked in upon arrival and departure and was communicable throughout our stay as needed.
Location was exceptional, right next to Como Lago Train Station. Rooms were wonderful, bed comfortable and able to put down shutters to be dark for sleeping. Highly recommended

The property is very well located - 5 min walk from Como Lago train station and 10 min walk to ferries station.
The apartment was specious, very clean and quite. It looks exactly like in the pictures.
The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom had all needed amenities. There is a shared kitchen at the property which is well equipped. In there, the breakfast is served.
If needed, the luggage can be left at the property after checkout.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Great value for the money!
Very clean and everything is self control. Convenient location, 15 mins walk to the port and Como Lago train station. Don't arrive too early the earliest check-in time is 3pm.
The location.The ability to walk everywhere. Close proximity to the lake, ferries, restaurants, mini market, shops & Como Lago train station. Fausto, our host, was very helpful & also met us at the train station. He responded quickly to our messages & he gave us some great recommendations on where to eat & visit. We did eat in & we used the kitchen facilities, there was more than enough utensils etc to cook at the accommodation.
