I was messaged before arriving, providing comfort that the room was available after a very long flight. The staff pulls out a paper map and asks what your interests are within the city of Milano. They circle these locations and mark where the Metro entrances/exits are. The meals are excellent. The location is clean, comfortable, and private. The staff is multi lingual and extremely polite. 10/10 would visit again!!!
