Absolutely everything. This is a 5 star hotel hiding as a 4 star! The staff, from the moment you enter the doors, cannot do enough to help you. The property is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with every detail mastered. Our room (thank gosh they had one last minute when our original hotel turned out to be horrible) was fairly small but with super high ceilings so it felt large. There was plenty of places to store our clothes, luggage racks, plush bathrobes and slippers, top quality bath towels and bath amenities. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were top quality. The room was cleaned to the tiniest detail. The bathroom had space to put your bathroom items. The room was very quiet, calm and relaxing. And finally, the water taxi has a private dock to pick you up and take you wherever you want to go. We took it to the train station and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you SO MUCH to the Aqua Palace Hotel. Top notch.

Very well-positioned, close to Piazza San Marco, I Giardini and Arsenale. We had the little downstairs kitchen all to ourselves and the host was super kind and easy to communicate with trough WhatsUp.
The hotel is located perfectly for those who is coming to visit Biennale. At the same time the area around is not crowded. View is perfect - the lagoon and San Giorgio monastery on the opposite side. Very close to Arsenale station, takes about 80 mins to get from/to the airport by boat. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bathroom. Nice friendly people.
Can’t complain about anything! Very cozy, just enough space for 4 of us. Spotless clean. Complete appliances. Very close to city action but also a bit isolated (away from hustle and bustle). Close to Arsenale station which travels to airport. And of course, my buddy Marco who’d been a very helpful, gracious host to us - always ready to guide us on basically anything!! 10 stars all around ☺️
Fantastic location, just behind Piazza S. Marco, very convenient to walk in the area and to reach without too much effort the main Art Biennale's locations (Giardini and Arsenale). The room was comfortable and bright; wi-fi was good. I had a great deal for the price!

The location was perfect for visiting the Biennale, being between the Giardini and the Arsenale. It was in a quiet residential area but with the convenience of a supermarket just opposite and restaurants nearby.
The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
