Excellent hotel, top level services, very nice interior design entirely redone by a talented architect, in an old and very known Venice hospice. Location is perfect to explore Venice, very near to the Piazza San Marco but not in a too crowded place. Beds are very confortable, bedroom food is excellent (one of the best I ever had), included visit to Murano by free taxi boat is also a plus.

The location and view for this hotel are absolutely incredible. I got the sea view room which was quiet expensive but definitely made my weekend in Venice totally unforgettable. It's on the main river a little down from the busiest parts so it's nice and quiet but has spectacular views and doesn't smell like canal.

We loved the location, very peaceful but close to St Mark’s Square and major attractions. It’s a short walk from the Arsenale vaporetta/ alilaguna stop. The apartment was clean, warm and we liked that it was on the ground floor.
The area around the apartment is perfect for those with limited mobility, it’s mainly flat and few bridges. Castello is beautiful.

The location was fabulous. Just a 100m walk from the Arsenale stop on the blue line of the waterbus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lagoon and is probably one of the best locations to watch the sunset. The hospitality is fabulous - Stefano and Marco went above and beyond to make all arrangements for us (24x7). Will definitely come back here for my next Venice stay.
Nice and clean apartment between San Marco and Arsenale. Located in a quiet area and only 5min to boat terminals and lively areas. Two bedrooms share one big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living area. We enjoyed the stay.
Great location for the Biennale - 10 minutes to both Arsenale and Giardini. Close to several Vaporetto stations. Residential area a bit away from the crowded areas in Venice.

We loved the location. The hotel was convenient to reach, in a quiet, much less crowded neighbourhood. From there, you could travel easily to the Biennale sites - Arsenale was easily reachable on foot. The hotel itself is quiet and cosy, the room was warm enough. Also, as a devoted tea drinker, appreciated the presence of a kettle in the room.
Such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment with confortable beds and garden and street views. Great location in a quiet street and very close to Arsenale vaporetto station. A small shop for essentials is nearby, and the magnificent waterfront walk to the tourist destinations around San Marco is unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
