Everything. It was great location-quite and same time 10 min from main tourist attractions, near park. Staff is super helpful. Room was perfectly cleaned and well designed. View to water is amazing. It is solid 5 star hotel much better then any top hotel chains such Marriott, Hilton etc.

Lovely welcome, helpful friendly staff. Spotlessly clean room, complimentary water, robes and slippers, air conditioning. Compact hotel but has everything you need. Ideally placed to get everywhere, great view of lagoon. Delicious breakfast served from 7.30am, all the usual, fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, various breads, pastries and baked products and truly delicious cakes, super fresh choice to meet anyone’s needs. There is 24 hour reception and nothing is too much trouble. Within a two minute walk in either direction are many bars and Restaurants. The boat stops to get to anywhere u need to go are 2 minutes from hotel door including water bus to airport or private water taxi can pick up directly from hotel. San Marco Square is an easy straight forward 7 minute walk along the lagoon front. I am always really honest with reviews and for breakfast, location, room and service I would not hesitate to stop here again. It is perfect for a great base, do not expect a massive room but it has everything you need. The staff are truly lovely and made us very welcome, no matter who was on duty they were friendly and charming.

Excellent location between Rialto bridge and St. Mark’s Square. We were given a room overlooking the canal. Excellent continental breakfast! Nicest people working the front desk and the restaurant. Proper air conditioning in the room.
