Beautiful and broad location direct at the Vembanad lake. Pedalo free to use. Nice restaurant built in the water, serving very good à la carte meals. Large rooms with good wifi.
The property is located in a serene place right next to Vembanad lake having an really good view .

The location is great just next to the Vembanad lake. Though they offer boating from their property, it had been stopped for the monsoons. The property is great in terms of location, size and facilities but the rooms require serious maintenance.
The property is in a lovely natural setting with lakes , canals and a wonderful plantation of trees all around . The villas give a feel of living in nature with quite and peace . The edge of the property touches the vembanad lake and has a lovely sunset view .
The staff is excellent , always ready to help . We would like to specially mention the Chef Panday and Ankur in the restaurant who made our meals memorable and the GM Mr Varma and Noyel for constant watch over the facilities and our well being .
It was a wonderful stay .
Exceptional location deep into the vembanad lake and beautiful spacious property infested with egrets other birds , very cozy large villas with private pool, memorable sunset boat ride along with entry and exit boat rides to property , very responsive and courteous staff .... Will definitely revisit !!
The location near the Vembanad Lake was excellent, lovely pool, excellent service by the staff. The staff starting with the reception and management to the house keepers and restaurant staff are very courteous and friendly, ever willing to please. Maneesh, Kuku and Vinod need special mention. In all a great place to vacay
