Everything about the property was AMAZING, the view from the property and rooms are lovely. The staff is very professional and the experience was nice. The restaurant has open air dinning setup, where you get the Shimla View from your table. Lovely experience.

It's a nice b&b property, neat and clean. Just a few things need to be improved like food quality and varieties of food as there is no other option to have food Nearby the hotel, it's located in a quiet street with no other restaurants.
There are limited tv channels which children don't like, and it's very far away from the main market area and the mall road. If someone likes a peaceful place to stay then it's a perfect place for them.
The room was clean and all the bedding provided was very neat and clean plus the free wifi and smart tv connection. the staff assistance to any query and facilities was very commendable...they came to receive us to the cab and carried our luggage from cab to hotel also helped in dropping the same...the dinner and tea provided was delicious and it was served hot.Staff behaviour is really commendable.Its a genuine review.and it is located near the mall road .
Amazing place to stay and make new friends with. The staff is not only friendly but they also respond to requests quite well.
People are also aware about the local history and are willing to share the best places for food, travel, places of interest.
Being situated in the Mall Road one have to walk a bit to reach the hostel. Otherwise it’s great overall place to stay!
it’s a property with a scenic view. It’s right on the Mall Road so it’s a no car zone. Whole Shimla has parking issues and the available parking space is very expensive. I have a baby and the staff was kind enough to sterilise my baby’s bottles. Breakfast buffet was really good and the hotel’s restaurant was also nice but little expensive. One interesting thing I saw in their room menu was baby food like porridge and all, that was very thoughtful.
First thing which strikes you is the location which is bang in the start of Mall Road in Shimla. You can just step out any time in the day and just soak in the Mall Road vibes.
I would surely recommend checking this hotel out for your stay in Shimla even though I felt it is a tad expensive for the experience.
The location was good . It was on the Ridge, which is the famous part of the Mall road. But if you are traveling for first time to Shimla. Kindly contact the front desk for the help for the easy route. The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Mohini who was at the front desk. Good hospitality.
The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to roam on the mall road.
The food is too good, my kids enjoyed eating over here. Also the room bedding and linen were immaculate.
I really don’t like it, refer below points:
1. It’s 2 km distance from the Mall road. They told me when i booked it 700 m only.
2. No heater in the room.
3. TV cable connection was not there.
4. Blanket was not cleaned.
5. No Tea included, 1 tea cost was Rs. 30
6. No restaurant and shops near this property.
7. It’s isolated from the Mall road.
8. The driver provided by hotel was also not supportive.
9. I would never recommend any person to stay there.
