Conveniently located. The hotel has an independent lift that connects to the Mall Road. The rooms are tidy and overlook a beautiful valley view. Food is good and served by well mannered staff. It was a very comfortable stay
They have a relatively polite staff in the hotel, due to which even when i was irritate due to the lack of accessibility to the hotel without info on that detail, I could somehow kept calm and not speak up. rest was good. comfortable stay. they have written at different locations about possibility of water shortage, which i never encountered. proximity to the mall road, the happening place was an advantage
This is really nice hotel to stay in Shimla. This property is about 3-4 km from the mall road. Food quality is also good and value for money. The view from property is awesome. The property owner is also very supportive. Thanks for a great stay.
Neat and clean. Very spacious. Good for family stay. Staffs are always available for help. I feel the hotel like home. It was not on the mall Road. But we did not get any issue. They have provided us pick and drop from station at nominal cost.
Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and there were many options available for breakfast. The location is also good as you can access the mall road starting point by the lift of this hotel (6th floor).
It's a good hotel in Shimla located near the Railway Station. The 6th floor elevator will give you access to the mall road. Quality of food especially breakfast buffet can be improved further.
The breakfast was good but it should be better considering the tariff. The room size was OK. The location is chota shimla which is good but as regard the view from the hotel, you will be disappointed. The staff is cooperative but has a chalta hai attitude. The food was good and was as per my choice. The distance is a little far from the mall road.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Shimla on the Mall Road, which is the main shopping area. It's a heritage property and we were impressed with how well it has been maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the views of the city and valley from the hotel were simply stunning. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in Shimla.
