The hotel is very busy and the lobby is always crowded. It seems to host many events. The staff look overwhelmed. I was not happy with the front desk team/operator. They did not help when I complained of noise in the room. Otherwise food in the restaurant was very good. Restaurant team provided excellent service.

The hotel is convenient for CSMT and all the amenities of the Fort, Colaba and Churchgate areas of the city. The room was compact but clean, tidy and comfortable. The AC worked and the breakfast was quite good, being a set menu that varied daily. The hotel has no restaurant so breakfast is the only meal served, but it is so close to many restaurants and bars that this is no inconvenience.
The management and staff are very helpful and friendly and the whole stay was a joy.

It’s a good property which is very close to the airport. Staff is very helpful and rooms are very clean and spacious. Toilets are very clean with lots of amenities. Ironing board, a locker to keep your valuables, room service, a swimming pools and spa. It has all that one would expect from a decent hotel.

It's very near to the International Airport T2. Took about less than 15 minutes to reach the airport. The hotel was clean and had all the basic amenities from good morning to good night.
