This colonial mansion dates back to the 16th century, when the Portuguese settlers built it as a present for the king of Cochin. Nowadays, it’s open to the public, and inside you’ll find an amazing collection of old murals depicting mythological scenes in bright colours – still almost as vivid today as they were hundreds of years ago.
