This property came highly recommended and was a lovely, comfortable and homely stay. The rooms are simple but, clean and as presented. Good hot water & most importantly quiet & peaceful in Rishikesh! Also lovely restaurant and the best chai. The manager and staff are absolutely wonderful and made me feel at home.

The place is super clean and the location is great! You can actually walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. More over the staffs are super nice super helpful. I came in and I was feeling sick Kamil and Rakesh looked after me so well! Some places you have to actually walk to get to the hotel up and down the hill to get there but at Hotel the Shivaay. The car will just park right in front of the lift ready to take you to your room! I highly recommended. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was in Rishikesh only for a night. As soon as i arrived they have provided airport transfer with additional cost of course so you pay the driver directly. Prior to arrival they answered the message promptly. I told Kamil and Rikesh what I want to do and they arranged me for everything, the ganga arati and gave me some idea where and how to get saree etc. And on a very last day while I only had less than an hr, Kamil arranged Rikesh took me on motorcycle to see the Ganga before I left. I had such a great experience and I cant thanks enough for taking care of me on the first day and kept checking on me during my stay. It was so short but it was one of the best place I stay in India so far. Highly recommended. Thank you once again for your hospitality Kamil, Rikesh and all the staffs there. 🙏🙏🙏 see you next year!

We had a wonderful stay, the team welcomed us with a tea and gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing places. A small paradise in Rishikesh, the hotel is situated in the mountain away from the chaos of the city, but still walking distance to the centre. The breakfast they offer and the yoga class were the highlights for us. The bathroom and overall hotel are up to European standards, very comfortable and clean! A strong recommendation if you visit Rishikesh, specially as the first time experience in Indis.

Laxman Jhula was closed in October 2022 for maintenance.
Laxman Jhula was closed in October 2022 for maintenance. But, the boat was working so you can get across the river for 50INR. So if you are staying in Tapovan that should be alright. I did feel a little disconnected from the other side.

My 1st visit in rishikesh with family. Stay was good . Hotel staff helping me for everything. Like taxi Booking. Tour plan . Rafting, best thing is hotel near by laxman jhula only 5 minutes walking distance.

I stayed in 6 bed mixed dorm and it was just perfect. The bed, room and bathroom everything was clean. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The hostel is located near to Laxman Jhula and can be easily found.
The hotel was in a great location! It was super convenient for exploring the area since it was close to many attractions like Triveni ghat, Ram jhula, Laxman jhula, and in the heart of city centre . You could easily walk around and discover the neighbourhood.
Good place in tapovan Laxman jhula area. Everything was nearby and easily accessible. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is a plus of you are traveling with infants or kids.
We had a quite large and very comfortable double room. Better than in some 3 star hotels. It was one of the cleanliest accommodations we’ve had in India so far. The location is just perfect, in the middle of laxman jhula, with many cafes and restaurants around. Staff is helpful and very friendly. There is water on each floor so that we could refill our bottles.
We had a wonderful experience staying at Ensquare. The apartment was spacious for our family of 6 and very clean. The locations was amazing as its closer to all main attractions like laxman jhula, ram jhula n sai ghat. We will surely be here everything when we come back to Rishikesh. Amazing views from rooftop.

I had an incredible time at Spontrail Hostel in Rishikesh. The staff were super friendly and made me feel at home right away. The hostel is perfectly located—close to Laxman Jhula but in a peaceful area. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the common areas were great for meeting other travelers.
The rooftop with mountain views was a real highlight! Overall, it's the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a mix of comfort and great vibes in Rishikesh. Highly recommend!
