Liked everything! Rooms were clean, big enough and nicely decorated. Dining/Lobby area was beautiful. Do not forget to have a Mug of black coffee, it really taste good!
Mr Nilesh was so helpful. We were reaching mumbai few hrs before chekin time and we asked Mr Nilesh in advance about possibility of early checkin. We were given room 3 hrs before actual checkin time. We are so much thankful to him. Hotel staff helped us on everything. Breakfast was really good, we enjoyed a lot.
Hotel is located just near Gateway of India and Taj Hotel. Do not forgot to shop at coloba causeway market running 1-2 kilometer just starting from the nearby of Abode Bombay. Negotiate well with sellers, most of the time 1/3 to 1/4th of the price they sell at.

It’s sad to see the iconic monument in complete neglect - it felt that the authorities are waiting for it to disintegrate and fall apart . A smelly toilet greets you as you alight from a taxi to enter the ramparts of the monument and the get pestered by photographers who still have not understood paper photos cannot be used in Social media - they just need their phones and charge Rs 10 for a click and add unique filters and they will be a rage . The boat rides are something

Well located, few steps from Gateway of India. Lot of good restaurants around and plenty of stores. The hotel clean and well maintained with all basic amenities and more. The breakfast was good enough.
This is a wonderful boutique hotel near the Gateway of India. The hotel faces the harbor and you can get great view from the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is also served. (Psst ask for the masala omelette) Staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

We stayed on the fifth floor in the tower, and the views of the Gateway of India were outstanding. The sunrise was spectacular. We absolutely loved our balcony.
The hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. Take time to explore the original wing of the hotel. The Harbour Bar is overpriced but serves great cocktails.
The breakfast buffet is enormous and they will make made-to-order egg dishes. It would be nice if the breakfast started before 7, however.
Location is fabulous. Only a stones throw away from Gateway of India and a short drive from all key touristy places. Breakfast is great with changes every day to the menu. Room was very large for a Mumbai hotel and Colaba area. Easily accommodated the extra bed and still left with space for walking around and keeping bags.
Very clean hostel, kind & wonderful staff, great breakfast, nice rooftop. Very safe & convenient location in the middle of a typical market, close from the airport (Domestic & international), all shops, restaurants, public transportation and a small hospital. A bit far from Gateway of India (~1 hour) but a Uber will cost you between ₹400 and ₹800.
Location is one of the most valuable point here. It just behind taj hotel and walable distance from gateway of india.
Staff, room , amenities etc all were good.
I would suggest to stay her wife you are visiting colaba in Mumbai.
