Great value for money !
We booked Bracken Court last minute, as we had to travel unexpectedly. What a gem of a place! I am giving the hotel full marks as I have nothing to complain about!
Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly, the hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Even the shower was great! We only stayed one night, so we only had breakfast. We are both Coeliacs, with which there was no issue at all. We had gluten-free toast, and I ordered an omelette from the kitchen. It was the tastiest omelette I have ever had.
I can't fault the hotel in anyway, the style of the hotel is lovely too. It's easy to reach from the motorway. I am very happy with our unexpected stay, and we will be back.
Our warm and comfortable atmosphere, coupled with our extensive gardens, make our hotel an ideal haven to unwind after an eventful day

The staff (front reception, dining, and housekeeping) were very friendly and accommodating. Always with a smile on their face. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We have stayed here the last 3 years at Halloween to get away from the noise where we live. The staff are always lovely and in particular; the lovely lady at reception and breakfast who remembered us from the past few years. She was extremely helpful and friendly and we will no doubt be back next year!!

Just everything. This is a darling hotel. Attention to detail is meticulous. Courtyard parking for residence secured by coded gate is an added attraction . Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and effective
