bring your id if you want to ride a bike, service in tea rooms bizarre- don’t know how to serve a pot of tea- may as we have self service entirely; serving counter crowded and a confused mess similar to staff serving.

It was good value for money in Dublin. Close to phoenix park; this was good as we stayed here for the half marathon in Dublin. We seen the manager of the hotel and he was amazing, he seen our half marathon medals and gave us free coffee. We were late for our late check out and the staff were pleasant and didn’t charge us extra.
Location next to phoenix park which is massive! Luas outside the door was a bonus. Parking is hard to get at hotels inner city. I’ve stayed in a few hotels and bed was the best yet. Strong recommend for Great steakhouse (fx) and bar nearby - staff are the best you will find anywhere on the planet.
It is in ideal situation for shops buses getting to dublin centre
It's a very quite spot only a couple of stops to dublin zoo and phoenix Park absolutely beautiful
I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay there. It contained cooker microwave sink fridge dinner service all the utensils you will need and kettle
Great location, walking distance from Guinness store house, Heuston Station, Phoenix Park and centre of Dublin.
Very comfortable, clean, spacious room, including biscuits with the teabags and kettle!
Receptionist (Eduarda?) was friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was excellent.
Our room was spacious, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was larger than others we have experienced in Ireland; a refreshing change. 24 hour reception was helpful for our late arrival & returning late from day trips. Everything is well maintained. It was near the beautiful Phoenix Park; we enjoyed seeing deer feeding on a foggy morning. It was a comfortable 25 minute walk along the Liffey River to the Temple Bar area- without the price tag. 🫶☘️🫶
Well located next to Phoenix Park and public transport. Comfortable, includes electric jug fir tea and coffee in the room. Staff helpful. View over rooms of other buildings only.
