The property managers were so helpful and lovely. We weren’t able to arrive on the day we had planned due to airline mechanical issues but the hotel manager kept in contact with us and assured us all would be well when we arrived. They had breakfast ready for us to order and our room was waiting. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and the servers were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is older but has an air of elegance and old world charm. It’s very clean and there was air conditioning so we were able to cool the room for better sleeping. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was quite large with a fabulous walk-in shower. The rooms are very soundproofed. There was a family staying next-door to us and we never heard a thing. The hotel is located near Trinity College and is just a short walk to the Temple Bar area where there are plenty of restaurants.

Nice room, very good bed/mattress, good lighting in every spot of the room, spacious bathroom, hanging space for clothing (including a vertical, easy to use, iron), a safe big enough for a small laptop, large workdesk/table.
Very quiet room (a main, important point in my list of requirements for short/long term accommodation), thick curtains, luminous, clean, elegant, comfy (including two comfy chairs).
Rich, and high quality breakfast, with fruits, legumes, milk, yoghurt, etc, with two options (continental cold/warm).

Amazing grounds, comfortable and clean room, quality fixtures throughout. Not only was the room aesthetically gorgeous, everything functioned properly and was comfortable. Lights and plugs all over, a window that opened but also air conditoning. A bathtub and a shower in the deluxe king!
The service was 5-star quality, any request we made was answered within minutes. Not to mention the food and drinks were excellent. Also the location was perfect! Could walk anywhere in about 30-45 minutes but a block from the Luas station. I truly couldn’t think of a single improvement.

Make sure to sign up for time slot (and not a peak time 2pm)
The tour is a bit too commercialized and it's a bit of a tourist trap, but the staff with very nice and they run the tour very efficiently.

Very interesting to get to know the story of Guinness as well as the process of how it's made. This is a brand that has contributed strongly to a whole nation ... and it's also a product that is very enjoyable to consume...

You'd think the tour would show you how they brew the beer but it doesn't, it's mostly about the history of it so that was a little disappointing. The view of the city from the top floor is totally worth it though

What an amazing tour.
What an amazing tour. SO much to see and do and the tasting is the best. Never liked Guiness until now. The tour is so informative and great to be able to take at your own pace. Being able to pour your own pint is fun too.

Have been in Dublin a few times and decided to finally visit The Guinness Storehouse- it was packed - I must say we bypassed alot of the museum and headed for the roof- for the lovely guiness with the beautiful view. I would of been happy to just pop along there. Nice to have been but wouldnt need to go back.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! We stayed at multiple hotels in Ireland and would stay here again just for the breakfast. The breakfast staff were also so welcoming.
The hotel room shower was fabulous. I loved the shower pressure.
There is free validated parking, which is a bonus in the city.
We walked to Guinness Storehouse, which was a plus that it was so close.
Clean kitchen and bathroom facilities,
A table for breakfast was lovely.
Shared the apartment with another couple who were also respectful and quiet, so it was fine!
Comfy bed.
Short walk to the Guinness storehouse in the morning!
Excellent location, very comfortable room with well equipped kitchenette, nice staff.
It’s around the corner from the arrival station of the AirPort Express bus and across the river from the departure station so we could easily roll our suitcases there.
Also a few minutes walk to the Temple Bar area. Walk everywhere even all the way to the Guinness storehouse.
The staff was very helpful, especially Paulina (I hope I got her name right!)
Good location just outside of city center while still being in the heart of Dublin. We were able to walk from Guinness Storehouse through city center and back to the hotel in great time. The bar had delicious drinks, and the coffee shop in the hotel was very nice as well. Friendly and helpful staff + room service goes exceptionally late. Parking lot was super convenient, we had a wonderful view from our room, and the air conditioning was chef’s kiss.
The location was amazing! It was right in the heart of the city center. We were within walking distance of the Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse, local pubs, and shops. The Thomas Moore Pub downstairs was a great hangout with local music and patrons.
The location was lovely- our view of Christchurch right across the street was excellent! We walked everywhere (of course we like to walk) including to Temple Bar district, the River, City Center, and the opposite direction to then Guinness Storehouse. The train station was a 30 minute walk- taxi’s are also easy to find.
Close to many things. Luas tram stop nearby (Jervis... which is on the red line) for Heuston train station and Guinness Storehouse. City center and many main attractions are all quite walkable from here. The bus stop to the airport is a 7-10 minute walk. Very nice lobby. Housekeeping was very good.
We stayed at hotel at the start and end of our trip. The hotel was ideally located to catch the train, tram and bus. It also provided ready access to Trinity College, St Patrick’s Cathedral and the Guinness Storehouse. More importantly the hotel was so comfortable with a wonderful breakfast and super nice & helpful staff especially the concierge! We definitely will stay at the hotel in the future if the opportunity arises!
Clean and perfectly situated room in one of the best locations in Dublin. Literally within walking distance to just about sny touristy thing you’d want to see in the city for a short stay. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pubs, etc. About 10-min walk to Temple Bar, 20-25 min walk to Guinness Storehouse, etc.
This is a bedroom in a shared apartment with a shared bathroom. The apartment is well kept and has everything you’d need for cooking, prepping your own meals
Hotel staff was helpful & courteous. Room we stayed in was a bit tight, but overall it was comfy & clean. It’s conveniently located to be able to walk to the Jameson distillery, Guinness storehouse & other areas.
