Wonderful friendly welcome from Sharron. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the added extras of the Parlour and well kitted out gym were great. Very classy feel and lovely touches everywhere showing the history of the Townhouse. Great choice at breakfast and again the staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Front desk was very helpful with all of our questions regarding things to do in the city and how to get around. Loved having tea in the afternoon on the patio and drinks in the evening.

Breakfast was very nice, enjoyed all restaurant (Nelligans) meals. Fitness center was large and contained everything needed to get a good workout. Why do the monitors not work, though?
Morning reception staff was exceptional, answered all questions and helped with calling for taxi service.
Location was excellent - walking distance to Lidl and other shopping.

We loved our room -- it was more spacious than we expected, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. The beds were also very comfortable. The location is wonderful for exploring Limerick -- especially the Castle and medieval neighborhoods, as well as many excellent pubs and restaurant. We stayed Sunday through Tuesday and our room was quiet and comfortable. We were traveling with our 18-year old son and we had a great visit.
