The place was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all very nice, especially Alexander in the dungeon bar, he was awesome! The rooms were beautiful, although the showers were a little hard to figure out, lol.

Nothing. They were rude, had the reservation wrong( we booked for 3, they only gave us one bed so we had to go elsewhere). And they still charged us over $230 for nothing.

Welcoming atmosphere. The staff we encountered were just lovely. Lovely traditional pub. Our room was warm. The self service continental breakfast was lovely as we had an early start. The kitchen was stocked with lots of food.
