The hotel has been beautifully built with all the rooms finished to a very high specification with comfortable beds. There is an excellent range of amenities within the rooms and a lovely attention to detail.
Both breakfast and service at the bar was of exceptional quality. The location of the hotel is very pleasant amongst the Georgian townhouses and around a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the city.
Generally staff were very friendly and attentive, aside from the one encounter I've mentioned below.

ease of access was great, in our seats in minutes. Sound and seats were very good and facilities generally were very good. Getting away after was seamless, with a queue for Luas very well organised and short wait time. Great experience overall, thanks to all staff inside and outside the venue.

We stay in the Mayson about two times a year as it is local to the 3arena. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dublin, as this hotel meets everything you need. The staff are amazing, the facilities are amazing, the rooms are amazing, you couldn't ask for better.
