Even though I was sick on the last day of my trip, no fault of anyone but myself. The hotel sorted a doctor to come to my room and administer IV drip. This hotel is 5 star in all ways. The staff are so friendly and customer service is superb.

The market was under renovation when we were there which...
The market was under renovation when we were there which meant that stalls we scattered throughout the town which did make car travel a bit tricky - we stayed in one of the streets where a lot of the stalls were located (kejung) and this made it difficult for our driver to drop and pick us up

Amazing location. Very close to everything! Just a few steps from good restaurants and very close to Ubud Market. They cleaned my room every day and provided free bottled water. Quiet place, huge room, great pool and friendly Staff!
Breakfast was gook, a little more choice and flexibility would’ve been good? Staff at restaurant were lovely and helpful. It was very nice and clean villa. You can enjoy your morning with beautiful scenery and sound of nature, directly from your bedroom. It take 10-15 minutes with Gojek to Ubud Market or Monkey Forrest. The Owner Duik and his family was very helpful. The location of the villa is inside a Balinese house, but it is located separately so we still get privacy. The Breakfast was very good, especially The Bali Coffee. Very nice place to relax !

Room was very spacious and beautifully designed. Staff were super polite and accommodating. Very serene atmosphere. Room service was very efficient and fast service. Walking distance to the Ubud market, the palace and the monkey forest.
Price was affordable and size of the place is huge! Well worth the price. Location is good if you are looking to visit attractions like Mount batur, Tegalallang rice fields, Tukad cepung waterfall and Ubud market. It is all within a 1 hour drive. It is also very peaceful at night away from the city!
Many different packages for car hire offered by the hotel. If you want to hire a driver last minute they can help to arrange within the hour! Staff were all very friendly and you can order and get breakfast delivered to your room daily.
