The staff were very hospitable and always accomodating our needs. Free shuttle to take us anywhere in the city centre. Amazing facilities and lovely room. Very clean and fresh water available. Free breakfast was very good quality and an extensive range was available. Shower and aircon works well.

What an experience, the only place to stay when in UBUD Bali. Such an excellent stay, with the service, rooms, cleanliness and location everything just exceeded itself.
