The hotel was a haven of tranquility in a very busy, touristy area. There was no restaurant area but there was excellent room service from their restaurant over the road. The pool was very nice and natural. Free shuttles to and from the airport were provided.

It was terrific when I went there ...years ago. The staff was British and better than the private hospital I went to in Audtralia for further operation. They put some fur under my plaster that the Australians did not use and gave me to carry....so I got an allergy to the plaster...the Bali staff was very nice and supportive. They checked all my meds and gave me advice that I did not know.about the timing of taking them..

They looked after me so well after a fall that left me with a broken nose in three places and a split above my lip. The surgeon who operated on me did a very good job. The hospital administration dealt directly with my insurance company in Ireland so I did not have to worry about admin issues during my stay.
