The service was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and upon check-in, we were offered sparkling wine at the front desk. Our room was upscale and stylish, providing every comfort we could have hoped for. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the location was ideal, conveniently situated for exploring the best of the area. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family room. It was very comfortable, spacious clean and modern. The pull out sofa bed however is not really suitable for older teens so our younger teen took it. The location of the hotel is excellent and we felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. A great hotel for a short stay in Zagreb

Lovely friendly staff, so helpful and the room was beautiful. The hotel is very close to the main square and has some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. I was only in Zagreb one night and needed somewhere very relaxing and this was it. I wish I had used the spa and massage facilities, massage prices were quite reasonable.
