We recently stayed at art’otel Zagreb for an extended weekend and were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated historic building, combining modern design with its architectural heritage. Its central location is ideal, with all of Zagreb’s major sights just a short walk away.
Our room on the third floor was modern and thoughtfully designed. It featured a high-quality Illy coffee maker, which added a nice touch—although we must admit we struggled a bit to figure it out at first (entirely a user issue..). After a few attempts, we managed to brew a cup. The room also had air conditioning, but we appreciated that the windows could be opened as well. The windows were soundproof, so despite being in a central location, the room was pleasantly quiet.
The lack of a minibar wasn’t an issue for us, as the service areas on each floor offered packaged food and drinks for purchase. The toiletries and bathrobe provided were of high quality, adding to the comfort of our stay.
Breakfast was well-executed, with a diverse buffet complemented by a menu of freshly prepared egg dishes, juices, and smoothies.
One of the highlights was the basement restaurant and bar, YEZI, which we highly recommend. Its Asian-inspired dishes, amazing pastry and creative cocktails offered a great dining experience.
Though we didn’t use the spa or gym facilities, it’s worth mentioning that they are available for guests. Overall, art’otel Zagreb is a stylish, modern, and well-located hotel that offers comfort and convenience for travelers looking to explore the city.

The staff were so kind and attentive, they helped us with luggage storage, arranging flowers and anything we needed. Rooms are modern, well-equipped and everything was perfectly clean. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!
