Not too expensive for a property in Bangkok. The area is very diverse and it was only a few stations away from central. You could walk to Victoria harbor if you wanted to.
The hotel staff are polite. The hotel location is good, being close to the metro and bus stations. I booked a harbor view room, and the view is beautiful. You can see Victoria Harbor and both the Central and Tsim Sha Tsui areas.
Everything was excellent! Location is great, near MTR station, Victoria Harbor, museums, really easy to find and go everywhere.

Outstanding hotel with amazing service. Very close to metro station. Easy to reach from airport by subway. Spectacular view of Victoria harbor. Sauna, steam room, gym, and pool. Huge breakfast buffet with wide selection. Will definitely stay again.
The Shangri-La is a wonderful hotel at a great location. Rooms are good size with great view of Victoria Harbor. Room amenities are very nice. The hotel staff is great and speak English. Food quality is excellent.
