The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

A very good hotel located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui,in the shopping district,about 1 kilo away from the beach to see the most beautiful Victoria Harbour.The hotel owner is very friendly and can provide a lot of help during the day.If you want to go somewhere else,the subway entrance is right downstairs from the hotel,making travel very convenient.
Location is great: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, metro, bus stops everything is just a couple of minutes away at a walking distance. Very close to Victoria Harbour as well.
We stayed in private room and ended up using the common bathroom as it was bigger than our private bathroom, all very clean.
The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the subway. The staff doorman, concierge, chambermaid, restuarant crew are both efficient and friendly. The room and bathroom are so clean and well kept.
The bed and pillows are really comfortable allowing me rare deep sleep.
I especially enjoyed the sunset, night scene, and day break view of Victoria Harbour from the room window.
The location is what we booked this hotel for. It is a walkable distance from the metro station, supermarkets, malls, the Victoria Harbour. The check in and check out were easy. The receptionist showed us how to find our room and how to go out as the building is like a labyrinth. We could leave our bags after check out for a few hours. The room was quiet, the air-conditioner was working fine. It was okay for a short stay.
Hotel is very central in Hong Kong. Only a couple of minutes by foot to Victoria Harbour. Next tram station only 2 minutes by foot. Room was clean. For cheap and good food try the Indian restaurants downstairs 😉
The BP Hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, a short walk from Jordan MRT. It is also close to shops, malls, restaurants, bars, sightseeing, the city centre, and, if you are lucky, some of the rooms have pleasant views of Victoria Harbour. The rooms were clean, although not spacious and a bit dated. Some renovation might help. The bathroom was also quite small, although clean. What stood out was the helpful and professional hotel staff, who provided a swift reception service. Housekeeping was also fine. The breakfast was quite good.
The view was incredible. We spent hours sitting by the windows and enjoying the sight of the bustling city and Victoria Harbour. The hotel is in a prime location with many restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get around to other parts of Hong Kong. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and in a good size.
This hotel was a lovely start to our trip in Asia with gorgeous city views of the Victoria harbour and a variety of great amenities. A special mention to Stephy for organising a special treat for my partner for his birthday, including a complimentary bottle of presecco, birthday cake and upgrade. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop restaurant and bar which spectacular views of Hong Kong. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
