From the day of my arrival where I was surprised with an upgrade in my room till my departure I have nothing negative to add. From the location which is 3 minutes walk from the Castle and the central market to the actual Hotel which is a historical monument itself everything displays the love and respect of the owners. All details are carefully designed. It travels you back in time feeling so luxurious homely. The spotless clean rooms, the professionalism and warmth of the staff and the owner as well to meet your every need. I will definitely choose to revisit again. Either this or any of the other two hotels of this group. It truly reaches the 5 star hotel. Quiet, romantic worth every way it's value. I would definitely recommend it!!

Loved this place! Great location, lovely rooms, wonderful host/s and great view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The host gave amazing suggestions on where to see locally which I'm glad I listened to. I needed more than 4 days for the area, but it was worth even the short trip. It was easy to drive around the region and I was lucky with the weather.

Really interesting cave tour.
Really interesting cave tour. Over 600 steps up and down between entrance, caverns and exit. Took tour with all Greek visitors and female guide told us in English which was greatly appreciated. Very surprised how good tour was for price.

they dont offer breakfast, but it would be even more of a plus if they did!
The property is a bit further out of the town, but worth the drive in-out to Giannena.

I loved it ! The bed was extremely comfortable, Evie was very friendly despite the language barrier and I had the chance to visit the spectacular Perama cave. I highly recommend 🤗
Great apartment with large rooms, wraparound balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Great starting point for numerous excursions. Perama Cave can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Incredibly kind and caring on-site support from the owner Tina. She gave us great tips for excursions and is very caring, helpful and very hospitable. Absolutely recommended!!
We arrived earlier than we stated, as our room was not ready, we left the car in the parking lot and visited the Perama cave. When we returned, they welcomed us and accommodated us. They explained to us where we could eat and walk. Everything was very good.
Great value for money. Well equipped apartment and kitchenette, very kind hosts and very close to the Perama Caves and the town of Ioannina. Amazing balcony overseeing the mountains. I do not think going for an more expensive option would guarantee you a better apartment elsewhere

Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Upon check-in, they were treated to a cup of coffee, helped with things, found a place for safe parking of the car.
The hotel itself is located on a cozy and beautiful street, opposite the entrance to the Perama cave - a local landmark. We were very satisfied, we recommend.
