Everything, room was amazing, exactly as on the photos, view from the terrace was breathtaking. On the day of reservation I couldn’t get on the flight and the hotel met me halfway and moved my reservation for a day without any additional charges, staff was very hospitable and friendly, during my stay I had a birthday and they did my day with a lovely surprise cake, that was very sweet!)

I’ was on a visit with my family in this beautiful country, Georgia.
After our early dinner in Tbilisi, me, my wife and my 8 year old son were walking on Shota Rustavali Ave street outside Galleria Mall.
All of sudden, out of nowhere, I was attacked by the group of 10-15 kids (around 12-16 years old). They all tried to grab my wallet, mobile, and my personal belongings. Not a single person walking on the street intervened😡
I tried to push them back, but they all were coming in the group. Finally after 2-3 minutes drama, one kid took my hand glove thinking that they took my wallet and they all ran away. Later, one lady from that group followed us till freedom square.
Real story starts now, at the freedom square, I approached police who were sitting in their car. As soon as the lady saw that, she disappeared. Surprisingly, police told me that they can not take the action as they were some other duty and advised me to go to the police station. Police also told me to react in a polite way with those kids if they try to do this again and request them not to do so😂😂😂
I must say that the street is not at all safe for Asian and Arabs.
Very disappointing and disturbing experience. We will never visit this place again.

The staff were super friendly. They helped us a few times to order transfers and taxis. They also helped us with a few issues with cleaning that we had.
We very much liked the location as the hotel is close to the old city and to the Freedom Square.
The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of electric outlets. There were shower gels and shampoos provided, and also a kettle and a blow dryer.
We didn't eat breakfast, so can't tell anything about the food.
The apartment is conveniently located at the heart of the Tbilisi city center, yet is is quite and peaceful, where you can get to main attractions in few min walk (e.g. bridge of Peace, or the freedom square). we also liked the shick of the bars and restaurants in the nearby Gudiashvili square. The apartment has a nice balcony that is great for a morning coffee, and the kitchen is well equipped with anything one may need for a short stay.
We love staying at Tatapartment. It’s near carrefour and tourist spots like Bridge of Peace, Cable Car, Clock Tower, Freedom Square, Rike Park, Churches and Restaurants. The host Tata and her Mom was so kind and accommodating. If you need something just message Tata and she will help you.
Great location close to freedom square, the room decoration is very unique and partly looks like a cave, the breakfast provided was good. its a bit hard to find, but I got a driver organized from the hotel bring me to the hotel very early in the morning and he helped me with the key and finding the property
The property is a well renovated new looking hotel, it is an old Georgian house converted to hotel, rooms are really spacious and big with basic amenities.
Breakfast is good the restaurant on the basement is a nice man cave touch.

The neighborhood is has a lot of bars and restaurants and 2 minutes walk to freedom square.
Perfect location. If you would like to join a tour, most likely the pickup point is at 25 Rustaveli which is opposite the hotel, just take the underground pass. Close to restaurants, small grocery store and within walking distance to the Freedom Square and Parliament House. Opposite is the Opera House. Facility is so so, but the room is quite large vs most of local hotels, with high ceiling and window. You can pick a room with balcony. Choose the room with front view as it's Opera view.
George Apartment is in a good neighborhood of Tbilisi, as it's a calm area in the wider city center. Marjanishvili metro station is 5 minutes of walking and The Freedom Square 15-20 minutes of walking. The hostess is a very nice and polite lady. It was a very pleasant stay.
Upon arrival I was upgraded to kings room. Very nice, modern interior. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean bathroom, and nice TV with different language channels. Perfect location: 3 mins away from the Freedom square and Georgian National Museum, also walking distance to the Old Tbilisi.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Apartment on Sulkhan Saba Rama in Tbilisi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The family host was incredibly helpful and assisted me throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of this apartment is its fantastic location, just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant Freedom Square. This central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Tbilisi!
