The people are the best.
The people are the best. Almost everyone I met here speaks English, which helps a lot and all the signs are written in English too next to Georgian. You can walk around but the metro is convenient too and there is a lot to see here.

Tblisi feels like home away from home.
Tblisi feels like home away from home. I hail from Dubai and my purpose to visit Georgia is mainly for nature and the weather - Tbilisi offers both - nature, history, great weather, warm and friendly people, ease of transport, food and the perfect place to land in Georgia given their proximity to the hill stations. I would recommend a one-day stay to explore Tbilisi and all it has to offer namely - Botanical Gardens (highly recommend in Summer), Mother of Georgia, Peace Bridge, the Holy Cathedral, Chronicles of Georgia and Mtaskheta - Jvari Monastery to name a few. These can be covered in a day and a half if you're someone who likes to walk and take their time exploring around.

very nice, feel safe, many attractions are in maintenance, but great just to walk in the city. we took the free old Tbilisi tour which was good for beginners, walked a lot, enjoyed the food, enjoyed the atmosphere, easy to get anywhere by Bolt taxis, local restaurants (not touristic) have folklore music and dancing, local mineral water "hammam" is clean and well maintained. all local people (Georgian) are friendly and fair in all aspects including merchandise. we visited the new cathedral as well, amazing and mouth dropping, however it is from 21st century.......

I love Tibilisi. It’s beautiful, quirky, charming, historical and cultural.
I feel safe and at home in the city even at night time.
There is so much to see and do - the culture, historical and modern sights, the river and parks, the restaurants and shopping. Most of all the people and especially the street dogs. There is nowhere in the world where the street dogs are an intrinsic part of the community. There is nothing quite like being approached by a friendly dog or few who behave like guardians and are treated kindly by their human neighbours. It’s charming and heartwarming. It’s impossible not to fall in love with Tibilisi.

The historic sights are well worth visiting (e.g. Narekli Fortress, Botanic Gardens, Holy Trinity church) plus the numerous art galleries and museums (e.g. the Wine Museum, Open Air, Art Palace, History and Museum of Illusions etc). Old Town eating is fine - along Erekeli Street near Bridge of Peace. The city is as safe as houses all day long - ignore stuff about 'protests' - the police in Tbilisi are everywhere and very polite and helpful to tourists.

I made a booking but mixed up the date and the receptionist was so kind to upgrade us on the new selected dates and offer us a bootle of wine, really generous of him !
All the small details in the room are wonderful and makes Communal a wonderful place to rest. We slept so well in the bed and loved to have breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. Would definitely come back. Thanks !!😊

The breakfast is delicious, there are Georgian dishes as well. They also offer a glass of champagne and chacha during breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and strongly recommend it to everyone!
This hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi, in a picturesque area. The hotel administration treats its guests as a family. We enjoyed our evening conversations. We will remember everyone. Breakfast was delicious! In the evening one can order the authentic Georgian food.
Cozy hotel in a good quiet location in the center, has kitchen and washing machine for the guests, a small swimming pool in the courtyard and very nice rooms with French windows ). Ask for the rooms at the second floor (1st floor in Georgia) with street view!
The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There were both internationally knows foods and local ones. Characteristically delicious for Georgia. We liked the hotel's location; it was not exactly in the city center, but in an interesting old district.
