Great location and facilities. The staff were delightful. Starting with warm smiles on arrival and excellent concierges the care and attention was first class. Beautiful swimming pool and spa. Lively bar area. Comfortable beds.

Location is very easy for visiting York. The food was excellent (we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Our room was in an external building up a steep flight of steps but large and very comfortable.
On a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, B+B York is a 10-minute stroll from York city centre and offers en-suite rooms, bar/lounge facilities and on-site car parking.

Beautiful hotel
On arrival the gentleman on reception was very polite and explained everything, time of breakfast, hiw far town was etc etc.
Breakfast was lovley ,very polite and helpful staff.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future.
The location was very convinient for me, cane for training at York hospital and it happens to be barely a 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets close by. I like the cleanliness of the room, especially the toilets.
