Fantastic,friendly staff. Thanks Emily for sorting out my booking after I accidentally booked a week ahead of what I needed. Her kindness and efficiency made all the difference to a stressed and weary traveler. The location, above Dundee Station, was so convenient. Great view. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was tasty and good value for money. I'll be looking out for Sleeperz hotels in other travel destinations.

The on duty manager, Sarah Martin, was exceptionally accommodating. We had incorrectly booked the wrong room because we had a twin. We were finishing our honeymoon with a family visit to Dundee. When I asked Sarah if we could move she did everything she could to move us and we were put in a very nice room. She also added a chocolate bar for any inconvenience even though it was my fault we booked the wrong room. She greeted us every day with a friendly hello and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The V&A museum is a fabulous place to visit in Dundee and admission is free. The views of the River Tay are amazing through peekaboo windows. There is a cafe, a small gift shop, and many fantastic items on display in the museum.
