The location was superb for the Ovo Hydro. the public areas were clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. Our breakfast was good, and the restaurant was pleasant, with helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is dog friendly which is amazing. We got a dog bed and dog bowls provided.
We had interconnecting rooms for my husband and I, our son and his friend. We also had two other rooms close by for our mums as they joined in the festivities and dog sat while we were at concert .
The room/Hotel was perfect for attending an event at the Ovo Hydro. The staff were friendly from the moment we stepped through the door and provided lots of information. Bar staff were very helpful and were happy to refill water bottles on request. The room was on 6th floor, it was modern and clean. There were tea/coffee facilities which we used more than once. The hairdryer was a good size. We didnt need the in-room safe or full length wardrobe but were good to have on offer. The fridge was an added bonus for drinks/snacks.
Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and we were booked into a twin room however the room we got was a double. The receptionist changed it no bother. The purpose of our trip was a concert at the OVO Hydro which we didn’t realise was right next door about a 2 min walk and there’s even a walk through from the hotel it was amazing. Hotel was very quiet and I slept well will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you
Excellent stay and value for money. Warm welcome from the owner. Given a free upgrade to a family room which was lovely, warm and freshly decorated. Very spacious room and lovely bathroom. Was at the front of the hotel but no noise. Hotel getting work done at the moment but didn't bother us at all. Great location as we were going to the OVO Hydro that night. Booked again for March.
