Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room clean comfy bed, with plenty of tea coffee etc. Breakfast was self service second to none a good choice of English and continental. Something for everyone.

The location is great, 10 minute walk to most of the major attractions. It was very clean, very comfortable bed, staff were friendly and polite. Also they gave us an upgrade!

1. Located at Nottingham City Center, after you arrive at Nottingham Train station, get on a tram to Lace Market. Get off and then you will find the hotel.
2. It is generally satisfactory.
A good, clean, basic hotel. Ideally situated for city centre and Motorpoint arena. Next door to Tesco's so very handy. On tram route, right outside. When parking use the Lace Market car park. It's directly opposite the hotel and you get a discounted rate when you checkout.
