Staff were friendly on reception. Even if someone is just dropping you off, you have to put in their car registration to avoid a fine. It must be so hard to be helping travellers with breakfast at 4am, but the waitress (on Friday 17 January, sorry I don't know her name) couldn't have been nicer. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and had excellent bedding and towels. Very comfortable bed! Great for a good night’s sleep before a morning flight out of Stansted. Just walk out the front door and you are almost at the terminal. We would definitely stay there again.

    Breakfast from 4am was fantastic for early flights.
