Breakfast was self-service, with a good selection of hot and cold, and the hot food was very hot which is appreciated
Clean, comfortable room on the ground floor as requested. Breakfast was served with a stressed smile, the reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating, the beauty of this hotel is it is in a very convenient location to the Stadium of Light (just what you need for a travelling disabled football supporter).
