Large room. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sofa - plenty of storage space. Friendly staff in cafe in the morning, ordered bacon roll & two teas and order came up promptly.

location to Bristol airport and M5 was perfect. able to check in after late flight arrival. initially I booked the wrong date for arrival. booking.com were hopeless at getting it changed but the staff at the hotel persevered and got it altered for me.
