On the down side. The room was not cleaned for the whole of our stay we had to make the bed ourselves the soap dispensers was empty on arrival and remained so for the duration of our stay the tea and coffee wasn't topped.after the first day. This was not a hotel experience it was very poor at best.

Unfortunately I found nothing nice about it, we were greeted with a man with his phone in his face, told us to hold on. The room was filthy it may have had a quick clean but the dust was awful, the mould around the bath. The bed linen was damp. It needed a good clean. 178 I paid for one night and I'm disgusted.
No breakfast vouchers given even though I had paid, however that was sorted out but wish I hadn't bothered paying extra for the breakfast. Would not recommend.

Read the main review - but I would add that you have to remember that this is on the northbound carriageway and if travelling south, you will need to go past it, get off at the next junction, and then join the carriageway north.

It was excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the room had everything we needed. A two seater sofa was a bonus. We haven't stayed in a Days Inn hotel before and it was much better than similar budget chains. We haven't stayed in a service area before and were pleased it was so quiet. The breakfast in a box was very helpful combined with the hot drinks in the room.
This hotel is perfect if you are doing the Burnham and Highbridge parkrun as you can get there via the service road
Very pleased to find this dog friendly hotel, close to the motorway which made it a great base for the western coast exploration.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plenty, easy, free parking available.
The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable.
We forgot the dog harness there. The staff was extremely helpful and they were happy to help us get it back (we sent a sae and they posted it for us)
We are very grateful, thank you 😊
it was the standard of cleanliness that I liked about the hotel, there was a lovely clean perfume smell especially in the room , and I could see the surfaces had been bleached and the bed was very comfortable. we had a room overlooking fields which was nice.
Very friendly staff and the rooms are good. The hotel is next to a huge motorway station with different food options, etc, but they also sell some things at the reception, too. Parking lot is right in front of the building.
