Room was beautiful with an attention to detail. We were upgraded which meant we had a lovely view over the garden. We enjoyed a light meal in the bar area in the evening as we had eaten at lunch and enjoyed a lovely crab salad, vegetable fritters and blue cheese beetroot salad. We enjoyed the use of the pool, sauna and steam room The following day we were able to walk into the centre of Bath and leave the car until we left to drive home. Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful.

    It was stunningly beautiful.

It was stunningly beautiful. Unit #1 is a museum worth 20 minutes of your time. We liked the sedan chair from the 1800s, parked in its "garage" under the stairs. Once you have returned home, try to find a very good BBC detective drama called "McDonald & Dodds." It's filmed in Bath, and Scenic Bath is very nearly the main character of the program! We get it on Britbox.

    It was great!

It was great! We looked around the show house, but the first time we went, they had stopped letting people in at 4.30, which was the exact time we got there, although the website said they closed at 5. This was5 years ago and more, though!

Understated yet oozing style of a more sophisticated age. Excellent facilities, cosy bedroom and a superb restaurant and bar. However what truly makes the Royal Crescent special are the staff. To a person, they are warm, attentive and nothing is ever too much for them. Even the hotel cat Alfie is lovely. Can’t recommend enough and already planning another stay.

Excellent property in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the royal crescent and a 15 minute walk into central bath. The property appears quite small in the photos but there’s plenty of space for two and I’d assume so for four too. During our stay it got to -3 and we weren’t cold at all, the place is very warm. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions which is a bonus. Well priced compared to other properties and in a great location, I’d definitely stay again.
