The rooms are nicely furnished and quite new, with complimentary water and small fridge in the room. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially if you are attending an event at Wembley, is easily accessible by bus or alternatively by taxi, is very close. As well there is good connection with the Elisabeth line from Heathrow airport.
The breakfast is a nice buffet with fruit, coffee and pastries, and then you can order the rest a la carte, which is part of the price. The staff in the restaurant and the hotel are all very nice, very helpful and attentive.
The restaurant also offers a great variety of food and the quality is great. The terrace with outside seating separating the restaurant from the hotel is a cozy place to stay and chill out.

We LOVE the Milestone! We only go once a year for Wimbledon, but I wish we had more excuses. Such a fabulously intimate and luxury boutique hotel. Excellent staff - friendly, polite, and efficient service.

This has got to be the best value for a short stay in the Richmond area. Staff are delightful without being obvious. The location could not be better - in a lovely residential area close to all the shops and Richmond Station. It was my second stay here and I will definitely be back again.

It was a nice comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It had all the facilities I would expect from a hotel, including TV, coffee/tea, WiFi. It was very close to Richmond station. The hotel was staffed 24/7 and friendly helpful staff.
The location was great, very close to Richmond station, and near Kew Gardens; there are lots of restaurants nearby too. And great for the price!
The apartment itself is basic, but clean, and had all the essentials you need. We were also able to park for free, right outside.
