Location is great, right in the heart of covent garden. Staff were very nice. They were able to get us an upgraded room earlier than expected which was wonderful as we were in the depths of jetlag.

London Eye
I spy with my little eye, something beginning with ... L. Get a god’s-eye view of London atop this giant Ferris Wheel on the South Bank. The glass pods hold up to twenty-five people per pod and were designed to represent each of London's 32 boroughs. Infinitely popular, it does exactly as it claims – it takes you up, then it takes you down!

somewhat underwhelming. if you don't get the fast track option expect around a 30 min wait. views are surprisingly obstructed on the opposite side of the Thames - couldn't even see the gherkin! I did expect it to be far more spectacular than what it was.

The hotel is in a very centric location, close to the Waterloo tube and walking distance from Big Ben and the London Eye! Room is confortable and the breakfast was good too.
Located about 800 feet from the Charing Cross tube station. Convenient to the London eye (10 minute walk) convenient to the West End theater District (7 minute walk). Easy to get to from Heathrow. Took the Piccadilly line to Leicester Square. About a 7 minute walk straight down the street to the hotel. London bus stop is across the street from the entrance. Clean room, nice hotel!
The staff at the hotel were so nice and friendly and the hotel it self was clean perfect for people who may want to stay in the Uk , I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to visit the Uk and perfectly located for you to visit near by tourist attractions it close by the Big Ben, London eye and other spots you may want to explore highly recommend it.
Good hotel on the Thames opposite Houses Of Parliament with a short walk to The London Eye. Room was exceptional although very expensive but I suppose that's London prices! Great breakfast selection.
Location is superb, five minutes walk from the tube station. Lots of shops, cafes etc close by. Also close to the Old Vic and Royal festival hall. We walked into Leicester square, passing the London eye on the way. We didn't need to use the tube at all until we headed back to Cockfosters where we had parked our car for the weekend. Lovely little bar area with great atmosphere. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.
