The hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! I had one of the larger units, essentially a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, well furnished, exceptionally clean (and regularly cleaned, daily, like a regular hotel). The staff were very attentive and receptive to requests. All kitchen stuff (tea, coffee, milk, bottled water) was restocked daily. Also, the location is great: one minute walk to South Kensington tube, very central, many busses, lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.
This apartment was fantastic! It felt warm and homey, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The location in Kensington was great close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The staff were so helpful and responsive, making the whole experience even smoother. Beautiful location and safe neighbourhood . The apartment is on the ground floor with big bright windows, well lit and easy to take luggage in . Everything we needed for our stay was provided like shampoo , clean towels , basic kitchen supplies . Kristine was very sweet and she welcomed us to the apartment when we arrived . Loved our stay . The most convenient was its only a minute walk from south Kensington station which directly links to the airport .

I love the Kensington neighborhood, so these apartments were the best option for the price. Great location, clean rooms, and a fantastic staff with quick responses. Highly recommended! It’s easy to walk around the city center and reach the most famous tourist destinations from there.

We had connected rooms. Fast check in and out. Great location five minutes to high street Kensington and the under ground station. Many cafes and restaurants are near to the hotel. Comfy bed.
The Royal Garden Hotel was in a perfect location on the west side of London and overlooked Kensington Palace and its grounds. It was surrounded by lovely restaurants and lots of shopping. The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. We were greeted immediately by the doormen and assisted ably by the front desk staff. We were just sorry we were not staying for more than one night.
