Staff all very clued up on what was on offer in London so a quick chat in the morning was always helpful. We went for Breakfast included which was of a high standard and had plenty of choice especially for younger kids and this kept us going till lunchtime. Hotel 5 minute walk from Kensington High Street tube station which takes you all over London so location was 100/100. On our last day we had a lovely walk down Kensington High Street past the Palace and all the Museums most of which are free entry.
Very nice hotel in Kensington & Chelsea. The tube station Earl's Court is just around the corner - you can take the Piccadilly Line at Heathrow airport and arrive there only 30 to 45 minutes later. Nice and safe neighborhood (especially for women who travel alone) with lots of stores und pubs. Will not be my last stay!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of South Kensington. This is such a unique hotel with an eclectic mix of furnishings, super stylish rooms and an excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
The hotel was really beautiful and cozy. The room was excellent, everything was clean. The location is also really good, in the Kensington and Chelsea area and there are really good places nearby to have breakfast lunch or dinner.
Free Wi-Fi, clean room, friendly reception. Attractive reception area. Bedding itself was clean. Nice view onto a pretty Kensington St. 9 min walk to Earls Court which felt safe and was attractive. Plenty of washing facilities provided, including multiple towels, toiletries, and a hygiene kit. Well stocked coffee tree with biscuits- more than you’d get in a chain hotel.

My suggestion is to keep away from pubs in the centre of the city since each pint will cost you around 5 pounds.For example , little further like the pub ''The famous 3 kings'' located in Kensington offer good beer for 3,5 pounds for pint.So for 10 pounds you could drink one extra pint which can really make a big difference on how your ''good drunk mood '' can be :) Also try some homemade beers from pubs , they are usually good ( by good i mean they are really easy to drink and they dont have some very specific taste) If you look for something more exotic , you can always ask the barmen.They can be very friendly.
