We loved the location, 24/7 staffing onsite.
The keycard access was great as it made us feel extra secure knowing people were not able to wonder to our floor.
The decor was bright and youthful.

It was lovely clean, great location for the west end .
The flat was absolutely gorgeous, a really special place to spend the weekend, brilliantly located with stunning views of Kelvingrove Park. Good sized rooms and the under floor heating in the en suite was a nice surprise! Very easy to pick up/leave keys and communication with the host was great.
The hotel is located in a bustling part of Glasgow, close to Kelvingrove Park and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. It is really well placed to get to the Clyde, the SECC and into the West End.
