On arrival we found the parking was plentiful and access to the reception easy and from the moment we walked in the staff were very pleasant, the entrance was a very good indication of the quality of the hotel.
the room was spacious and very comfortable with everything required for our short break.
breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of choice and a wonderful view, the evening meal was of a very high standard with professional service.

Property is located on the estate of Hopetoun House, nice quiet country B&B with great amenities and within close access to many historic sites.
Hosts are amazing and are a wealth of knowledge on the area including Outlander film locations.
Gorgeous B&B in a lovely rural area within walking distance to Midhope Castle and Hopetoun House. It was very comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. Big spacious rooms and a fully stocked fridge with lots of snacks. The hosts were exceptional and so welcoming and assisted with walking routes and anything else that was required.
