Perfect room, we were upgraded!! Breakfast was spot on and the staff were wonderful. Local to everything we needed, the dockyard, Gunwharfe Quays, city centre and the pubs of course. I really cannot recommend this hotel highly enough especially if you are a forces veteran (Royal Navy in my case) as they really do look after you.

This was amazing, you learn so much whilst there. Staff are fantastic and will answer any questions you have. Amazing day out for families and couples of all ages a definite place worth visit and a trip back for us too.

Very interesting, but very little information as you go...
Very interesting, but very little information as you go round to help you understand. However, there are guides there and they are excellent. Not suitable for very young children, or wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Excellent breakfast at the Keppels Head nearby. Room was cosy, good view across to HMS Warrior in the historic doxkyard. Hotel very conveniently placed to get to Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower. Bed really comfortable.
Location was excellent, easy walking distance to both the Dockyard and Gun Wharf Quays. Parking available and secured at night. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and airy with a view to HMS Warrior.
