The room was very clean and the beds were most comfortable. The ensuite was compact but toiletries were provided. The usual coffee/tea was available for us to make our own drinks. Breakfast was made to order and there was a variety of items to choose from. One evening we also had dinner - very unusual to find somewhere that has tapas on the menu. They were lovely dishes which were good value for money. Steve and Debbie are lovely hosts. It is just 5 minutes stroll away from Bolsover Castle.

A lively characterful pub with comfortable, contemporary-furnished rooms and outstanding, cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. A clear favourite with walkers and welcoming to dog owners. Dinner was excellent, everything freshly cooked and nicely judged with some fantastic specials, and breakfast was great too, hearty and tasty. Ideally we should have booked a slightly bigger room but that's on us - the one we had was nicely decorated, well appointed and spotlessly clean, as well as quiet for a restful night's stay. We really enjoyed a short walk on footpaths around the village, and also visiting remarkable Renishaw Hall and gardens very near by.

Unusual layout, up a flight of outside stairs, with a terrace that would be great in good weather, a separate kitchen & lounge area. Very clean. Bed very comfortable (& I'm a bad-backer, so not easily pleased). Private parking. Location great both for the town itself & nearby facilities, 5 mins drive to Clumber Park, with Sherwood Forest also nearby. It's above a restaurant but was surprisingly quiet in the room. Interesting, quaint building & excellent value for money.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot stone massage. The fact that the hotel is just opposite Clumber Park makes it a great location.
Really enjoyed our little break at the clumber park hotel and spa, all the staff were very kind, helpful and polite, the hotel offered all the facilities we required including a good selection of breakfast and the restaurant offers a really nice selection of delicious food to. We recommend this hotel spa to all friends and family and will definitely be returning in the near future.
The location was amazing. Literally in Clumber Park.
The breakfast eggs, bread, fruit, avocado were very much to our taste.
We also used the kitchen to prepare/heat a meal in the evening and everything worked really well.
We loved the ducks, hens, dog too.
Greeted by a friendly host, and shown a large clean room with a king sized bed. Also had use of a guest sitting room/kitchen which was unexpected and very nice. Well located for a short walk into town or a visit to Clumber Park. In the evening I ate in the Thai restaurant where there was an additional discount.
No breakfast was offered at this location. However, there was a kitchen that you could use.
The venue was in easy reach of the pedestrian free main street through Worksop. I was not too far from the places I wanted to visit such as Clumber Park.

Great hotel that was very family friendly and a fantastic location for visiting Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest. Fantastic value for money and great breakfast with a choice of hot options for both kids and adults.
All the staff made us very welcome, and we felt they were genuinely looking after us during our visit.
In particular, the check in and bar staff made sure we had everything we needed. I was not expecting our room to be cleaned and get fresh towels etc during our 2 night stay, but this was done while we were out walking Clumber Park. The location of this hotel is perfect for walkers exploring local scenery, and has easy access to the town centre.
